Yes. You may access all your online accounts, including your small business or organizational accounts, with your personal user ID and password.

  • Log in with your personal user ID and password
  • Select “Switch account” to toggle between your personal, small business or organizational accounts
  • Contact your agent if you don't see "Switch account" under your name or if one or more of your accounts don’t show when you select “Switch account” (your agent will need to link your business or organization to your personal account)

There are several ways you can register:

  • Contact your agent to establish your business or organizational account
  • Already have a personal account with a user ID and password?
    • Log in with your personal user ID and password
    • Select “Switch account” to toggle between your personal and small business accounts
    • Contact your agent if one or more of your accounts don’t show when you select “Switch account” (your agent will need to link your business or organization to your personal account)
  • Don’t have a personal user ID and password?
    • Go to Create Your Online Account to create a personal ID and password
    • Enter your personal information, even if you only want to access your small business or organizational account:
      • Date of birth
      • Personal phone number
      • Personal email address
      • Claim number (optional)

You can switch between your personal, small business or organizational accounts to:

  • Pay a bill and enroll in AutoPay
  • Create a Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Select paperless preferences
  • View a list of your policies
  • Access your policy documents
  • File an auto claim
  • Update your address, phone number and email
  • Contact your agent

Log into the State Farm mobile app using your personal user ID and password. From there switching your account view is easy. First, select the profile icon in the top right corner of the app. From the profile screen, select the dropdown arrow by your name. Then, select your business or organizational account from the menu. Scroll to see all upcoming bills and policies.

Contact your agent if you don't see your business or organization listed in the dropdown arrow by your name. Your agent will need to link your business or organization to your personal account
